Friends may call from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. today in the funeral home. He died Thursday in St. Vincent Hospital. A native of Evansville, he lived here 60 years and was a 50-year employee of New York Central Railroad, retiring in 1967 as a supervisor. He was a member of Lions Club, Knights of Columbus and Sacred Heart Catholic Church, all of Brawley, Calif., and Fatima Council of the Knights of Columbus and International Association of Machinists here. Survivors include his wife, Henrietta "Connie" Sheridan, and three daughters, Connie Lane, Carolyn Bumbera and sister Sharon Sheridan OSF
