  		Elizabeth Fowler Lindy Obituary Elizabeth Fowler was born December 13th, 1855; died July 8, 1893; aged 47 years, 6 months and 25 days. She was married to Frederick Lindy November 15, 1866. She was converted to Christ in the spring of '71 and joined the Cumberland Presbyterian church of which she has lived a consistent member. She leaves a husband and seven children to mourn their loss. Like Paul she could say, "I am now ready to be offered," and like Job could say, "I know that my Redeemer liveth." Her suffering was severe and long, but she bore it calmly and cheerfully. We think of her as the righteous, "She rests from her labor, and her works do follow her."
