Dorothy R. Neidlinger
Princeton-Dorothy R. Neidlinger, 86, of Princeton died at 9:14 p.m. Wednesday August 9, 2000 at Gibson General Hospital in Princeton. She was born October 21, 1913 in Terre Haute. She was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, the Veterans Of Foreign War (V.F.W.) 1147 Ladies Auxiliary and past president of Eagles Aerie 361 Auxiliary.
She is survived by five children: Tom Lewis of Ft. Branch, Betty Shanks of Haubstadt, Larry Neidlinger of Evansville, Vickie Spindler of Princeton, and Terri Hyneman of Haubstadt; sister, Glenola Kuhn of Princeton, 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Neidlinger in 1975; son Jerry Ike Lewis in 1938 and a brother and sister.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, August 12, 2000 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Father Bernie Etienne will officiate. Burial will be in I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Princeton. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday, August 11, 2000at Colvin Funeral Home. A Christian wake service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
