- Shirley (Craver) DeCarciofolo, 76, of Syracuse, passed away on Thursday at Loretto Nursing Home. She was predeceased by her husband, Rosario DeCarciofolo, in 1991 and her son, Frank DeCarciofolo, in 2011. Shirley is survived by her sons, Ray Schultz and Rosario and Peter DeCarciofolo, all of Syracuse; daughters, Debbie Grant of Syracuse, Rose Craver of TX and Phyllis (Andy) Czarnecki of TX; 10 grandchildren; and her brother, John Frushell. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.), North Syracuse. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Family and friends may call 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
