- OHATCHEE — Graveside services for Mr. James Horace Ramey, age 88, and Mrs. Betty Ramey, age 83, will be at 2 p.m. today, March 28, 2009, at Ohatchee First Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Winfred Logan officiating. Mr. and Mrs. Ramey passed away at their residence, Thursday, March 26, 2009.
Mrs. Ramey is survived by her daughter, Diana Fuqua, of Ohatchee; daughter-in-law, Clara Dragush, of Kansas; grandchildren, Barbara, Elizabeth, Dori and Cecilia Dragush, Johnny Bartow Fuqua and Butler James Fuqua; three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by son, Daniel Edward Dragush. Mr. Ramey is survived by his daughters, Pat and Yvonne; son, James Jr.; several grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a darling granddaughter, Gwen Dorman.
Pallbearers will be family and friends. Mrs. Ramey was a native of Kansas and Mr. Ramey was a native of Arkansas. They both were current residents of Ohatchee.
