Survivors include her daughter, Carrie (Bryan) Bowman; brother, Thomas Lively; grandchildren, Hailey, Shelby and McCoy; nieces, Misty and Julie Lively; nephews, Robert, Jarrod and Daniel Lively and best friend Theresa Ward. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Vickie Lynn Hedges will be held on Monday, March 19 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Charity Tabernacle, 2700 South Tibbs Avenue, Indpls. Contributions may be made to Charity Tabernacle. Arrangements entrusted to Stevens Mortuary & Family Center .
