Robert A. "Bud" Just Obituary

Robert A. "Bud" Just, 81, Salina, died Friday, Aug 29, 2003.

Mr. Just was born April 4, 1922, in Salina. He was a route salesman for Frito-Lay for 28 years, retiring in 1984.

He married Betty J. Just on July 3, 1953, in Salina, and recently celebrated their 50th anniversary.

He was a member of Blue Lodge 60, York Rite, Scottish Rite, Isis Shrine, Oriental Band, Harmony Chapter No. 2, American Legion Post 62 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1432. He also volunteered at the Senior Center.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Earl B. Just and Roy T. Just.

Survivors include his wife Betty J. of hte home; a son, Steven L. of Wichita; a daughter Cindy J. Wiseman and husband Troy of Topeka; two sisters, Wilma Brookhouser of Martinez, Calif., and Reba Root and husband Edwin of Battle Creek, Mich.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at First Presbyterian Church, 308 S. Eighth, Salina. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, Salina.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church or Isis Oriental Band.

Visitation will be prior to the service at the Church.
