Paula (Graham) Parkinson Obituary
Scott City—Paula R. Parkinson, 46, died July6, 1999, at Scott County Hospital.
She was born Oct. 12, 1952, at Memphis, Tenn., the daughter of Thomas W. and Patricia A. Ruth Graham. A long time Scott City resident, she was a book-keeper.
She belonged to First Christian Church, was a member of the High Plains Study Club, a past choir director for Gods Kids and a past member of the Library Board, all at Scott City.
On Aug. 20, 1971, she married Louis H. "Bo" Parkinson at Scott City. He survives.
Other survivors include: a son, Brandon, Philadelphia; two daughters, Erin Parkinson, Philadelphia, and Erica Parkinson Manhattan; parents, Scott City; and three brothers, Alan Graham, Scott City, Curtis Graham, Yountville, Calif., and Rodney Graham, Scott City.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at First Christian Church, Scott City, with the Rev. John Warring presiding. Friends may call from 9 to 10 a.m. today at Price & Sons Funeral Home, Scott City. Burial will be in Scott County Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Paula Parkinson Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
