Willard Henry Lindy Obit
LINDY—In San Bernardino, California, December 11, 1941, at a hospital, Willard H. Lindy, 62, native of Indiana and resident of Bloomington 10 years. Final services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at the I. M. Knopsnyder chapel, Colton.
Final Rites for Willard H. Lindy of Bloomington were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the I. M. Knopsnyder & Son chapel, Colton.
Judge Grant Ferguson of Bloomington officiated at the services, and Mrs. Stafford Cooley and Mrs. Glenn Cooley sang "Sometime We'll Understand" and "The Old Rugged Cross." Miss Marjorie Reeves played the accompaniment.
Mt. Slover Rebekah lodge had charge at the chapel, while the Colton I.O.O.F. conducted graveside services at Hermosa Cemetery.
Acting as pallbearers were Thomas Casper, Bob D. Gunn, Barton Lynn, Alfred Vaughn, A. L. Pine, and J. N. Corgill.
