Othur Young Obituary

Othur E. Young, 37 years old, San Bernardino garage owner, died yesterday at the county hospital following a week's illness. His death is believed to have been due to an infection coupled with a weak heart. Stricken ill suddenly last Friday Mr. Young passed into a coma from which he failed to rally. Tuesday Mr. Young was given a blood transfusion.

Prior to opening his own business on Seventh street a short time ago Mr. Young was foreman at the Jones Chevrolet Co. He recently moved to Colton where the family lived at 1145 North Ninth Street.

Mr. Young is survived by his widow, Mrs. Grace Young, and three young daughters, Helen, Evelyn, and Shirley Mae; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Young of Preston, Indiana., who arrived in San Bernardino Tuesday; three sisters and one brother living in Indiana.

He was a native a Indiana and had lived in California 12 years, the major part of that time in San Bernardino. Funeral arrangements are pending. Mark B. Shaw Co, is in charge.
