- Mrs. Isabel Bartow Dilcher, 76, of Allentown, died Sunday in her home. She was the wife of Dr. Robert Horn Dilcher. They were married 48 years this month.
She was a medical laboratory technologist in the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and St. Christopher's Hospital for Children, both in Philadelphia, for four years until retiring
Born in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of the late Rev. Walter Nicholas and Alice Preston (Mueller) Clapp.
She was a member of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, Whitehall Township.
She was a 1932 graduate of Springside School, Chestnut Hill.
She was a volunteer for the Lehigh County Medical Society Auxiliary for 45 years and for the Lehigh Valley Hospital Center Auxiliary for 18 years until retiring.
Survivors: Husband; son, Robert Horn Jr. of Middleburg Heights, Ohio; daughters, Isabel B., wife of Ralph O. Boehnke of Ann Arbor, Mich., Barbara, wife of Mark Horn Lindner of Punta Gorda, Fla., and Martha Traill, wife of Alan J. Schaeffer of Easton; brother, the Rev. L. Russell of Fort Worth, Texas, and seven grandchildren.
Services: 11 a.m. Saturday in the church. No calling hours. Arrangements, Trexler Funeral Home, Allentown.
