In 1826 Lewis and wife Elizabeth deeded the 234 acres in Pike County to their beloved sons Peter and Michael C. Frederick out of love and affection to be divided equally between them. This was Location 12 in Clay Twp. Carl Frederick and wife Naomi owned part of Michael C. Frederick's 117 acres. The heirs of Sebastion Frederick Sr. were given 300 acres which was Location 12 in Clay Twp., Pike County.
