Surviving are her husband, Gerald; two sons, James L. of Bedford Heights, Ohio, and Richard A. of Lenoir, N.C.; two brothers, John H. Blaize of Daylight, Ind., and Hugh E. Blaize of Dyer, Ind.; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at William L. Danks Funeral Home, with burial in Sunnyside Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
